Returns & Exchanges

At Tumbleweed Plants, we want your home to flourish with our greenery, so if your plant arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window. Please note that due to the perishable nature of live plants, items must be returned in their original nursery pots and showing no signs of neglect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

  Submit Quality Photos

  Attach clear, high-resolution photos of the plant and its packaging to help us assess the health and condition of the greenery.

• 3.
  Prepare for Return

  Once approved, carefully repackage your item in its original box or visit our flagship store for an in-person exchange.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  After we inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a healthy new replacement.
